Join us for three days of serenity, spirituality, fun and fellowship at an OA retreat at Christmount Retreat Center (222 Fern Way, Black Mountain, North Carolina). This retreat is hosted by the Piedmont Intergroup (serving the greater Charlotte area) in the Carolinas to strengthen the recovery of OA members.
We focus on unity while sharing diverse ways to work steps 10, 11,12. We will see how members pray, meditate, take personal inventory and be a message of hope and recovery for each other and those still suffering. We will hear the experience of long-time recovering OA speakers and each other. Participate in workshops, share meals and fellowship in a beautiful mountain setting near Asheville, North Carolina.
Arrive at the retreat Friday, September 19th anytime after 3 PM, and unwind before dinner. Stay until noon on Sunday, September 21st. Enjoy five abstinent meals and hotel style rooms. ( proposed menu) Costs vary depending on room and meal selections ($290 – $400 typical costs).
